Professional Portfolio

Throughout the pages of this blog you'll find 3 years of work that have contributed to Aaron Gerhardt's professional development, and achievement of tenure. This has been a culmination of my work in Special Education in Minneapolis Public Schools - Starting at Northeast Middle School and then at Washburn High School working in the Federal Setting III program.

Throughout the pages of this portfolio I have outlined the things that I have learned and the things that have helped me to improve my practice. I have been an active participant in the Washburn Community since I began working in the Federal Setting III program. I am the Sophomore Advisory Lead, and have been an active member of the Positive School Wide Engagement Committee. I have loved my time here at Washburn, and have felt like a respected member of the Washburn family. I look forward to many years to come.
